How much does domestic U.S. shipping cost?

 

Shipping is free within the United States on orders of $60 or more. We offer USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Overnight within the United States.

 

How long does shipping take?

 

All Softies orders ship within 1 business day.  Orders received by 1:00 PM ET will ship same day.  Softies does not guarantee delivery by the estimated dates provided by carriers at checkout.  Softies does guarantee your order will be processed and received by the carrier of your choosing within 1 business day!

 

Is international shipping available?

 

Yes, Softies offers international shipping via USPS and FedEx.  USPS does not charge extra fees when shipping to Canada, but the recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes. The recipient will need to work with customs to settle any amounts owed for both USPS and FedEx.

 

All international orders are charged in US Dollars.

 

Softies accepts international returns.  Customer must work with their local carrier to return the item to Softies.   Softies does not accept international exchange orders.  The Softies automated returns and exchange portal does not have international capabilities.
